At In the Details OKC Permanent Jewelry, we are very proud to honor the following agreement for your appointment and future appointments/events regarding our permanent bracelets in OKC. In the event that your permanent jewelry piece has any issues at the jump ring (where it was welded together), we will re-weld it for FREE. You will need to make an appointment by calling us and showing us a photo so we can block time for you to come and have it re-welded. 

If your permanent jewelry near Oklahoma City, OK is needed to be removed due to a medical emergency, MRI, or surgery, we will re-weld it back on for a $15 fee. 

In the case that your permanent jewelry piece is broken, snagged, damaged, stretched, or falls off at ANY point other than the welded joint we completed, there will be a re-weld fee of $15 if it is fixable. Please bring all of the pieces that were detached so we can attempt to re-weld and fix it for you and then reattach it. If it is deemed that your piece may not be fixed due to the damage, we will not be able to re-weld it for you and you will have the option to purchase a new piece at the time of your appointment. Absolutely no refunds or replacements will be given for lost, stolen, damaged, or snagged pieces, including those of permanent jewelry in Norman, OK.
